The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing Land Rovers, and they provide great customer service. They are transparent about the work they do and explain everything to the customer, which is a big plus. The prices are very reasonable, often lower than what the dealership would charge. They also offer a shuttle service and will even deliver the vehicle back to the customer's home. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, making customers feel at home.
