This place has some good and some bad points. I liked the fact that they offer a variety of services, including mental health, other medical professionals, lawyers, psychologists, and financial advisors. They also have a convenient location in San Antonio, Texas. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of service I received. The billing department seemed to be the main issue, with one person being rude and unprofessional, and another person not being able to answer my questions properly. I also had to deal with a lot of paperwork and technical issues, which was frustrating. On the other hand, the counselors I spoke with were great, and I appreciated their kindness and compassion. Overall, I would say that this place is average, with some good points and some bad points. They need to work on their billing department and streamline their processes to make things easier for clients. One major issue I encountered was when I tried to schedule an appointment, I was told that I had to pay a credit card on file to secure my spot, which I felt was a bit predatory. This is a major turn-off for me, and I would not recommend this place to others.
