This place is a hospital with a very long operating schedule, as it is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance make it easy for patients with mobility issues to get in and out. Its co-branding with San Antonio Military Medical Center suggests that it caters to military personnel and their families. However, some patients have had a rather unpleasant experience with the medical staff. They reported being treated rudely and unhelpfully. One patient even claimed that the staff was dismissive of their medical imaging results, which is unacceptable. On the other hand, there are also some very positive reviews from patients who have received excellent care. The security forces on site seem to be a problem, as some patients have been yelled at for not following unclear instructions. Overall, it's a mixed bag, but the pricing is a major plus.
