I recently had the pleasure of visiting Northeast Pulmonary at their location in Live Oak City. The address is Building 12500, Judson Rd Road, Suite 300. I called them at +12106556400 to make an appointment, which is recommended. Their website is http://www.northeastpulmonary.com/. The moment I entered the office, I was struck by the accessibility of the premises. The restroom is wheelchair accessible, and so is the parking lot and entrance. This made it very easy for me to get around. I was impressed by the professionalism of Dr. Stephen S. Im, MD, who is associated with the practice. As an intensivist, he has a special area of expertise that I found reassuring. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.The client feedback I've seen suggests that Dr. Im and his team are dedicated to providing excellent care to their patients. Many of them have praised his listening skills and ability to explain things clearly. They also appreciate the high level of compassion and kindness that Dr. Im shows to his patients.However, there was one issue that came up in a review from 2018. A patient was charged for returned equipment, even though it was returned within 30 days. I'm not sure if this has been resolved, but it does highlight the importance of clear communication and fair billing practices.Overall, my experience at Northeast Pulmonary was very positive, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
