This location appears to be a typical primary care physician's office. The office is wheelchair accessible, which is a positive feature. However, there seems to be some issue with getting medical records, as two patients reported difficulty in obtaining their records. One patient even had to wait for four months and had to take time off work to get them. This can be frustrating and time-consuming for patients. The quality of care seems to be inconsistent, as one patient reported being unprofessionally treated by Dr. Naik, while another patient had a very positive experience. Dr. Naik seems to take time to explain things to her patients, but she might need to work on listening to their concerns. Despite these issues, the office seems to have some strengths, such as having a doctor who is willing to see patients quickly and being open on Saturdays.
