I've had the opportunity to visit Starlight Homes at Trails at Culebra in San Antonio City. This location offers a variety of new construction homes with great amenities. From what I've seen, the quality of the homes is quite average. However, the pricing seems to be competitive and reasonable for the quality and location. I appreciate the innovativeness in the design and layout of the homes. The staff seems to be professional and knowledgeable. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I couldn't find any information about Sunday hours.
